Qatar SC’s Youssef Ahmed, the club's leading scorer this season, has broken the world record for the fastest goal in football by scoring a stunning solo effort against his former team, Al Ain FC.

In an emotional moment at the Stade Louis II in Doha, where he scored from the penalty spot after having been fouled by his opponent, Ahmed was hailed as a hero and a legend.
